    In an effort to simplify the re-enrollment process to reflect our commitment to each student and each family, we have made some changes we think our HCA family will appreciate, beginning January 2017.

    First, instead of asking every family to re-commit or “opt in” for 2017-2018, we are going to operate on the confidence of our re-enrollment history and assume the vast majority of our families intend to return to HCA. Therefore, we will have a one-week time frame beginning January 27, 2017, for you to fill out the ReEnrollment form, which has been simplified from three forms to one online form per family.

    Second, removing a common obstacle to share your intentions to re-enroll, we will not require a fee payment with the Re-Enrollment Form in January. Instead, a curriculum fee (per student) will be added to your tuition payment in your FACTS account. No more weekly reminder emails to login and pay. This will simplify the process for families and automatically space out payments for families with multiple children if you pay on a monthly installment plan
