    We are pleased to announce a continued partnership with FACTS Management Company to assist us in managing our tuition payment program.  We have joined many schools locally and over 6,600 schools nationally that have also partnered with FACTS. We are confident this professional program will continue to offer greater efficiency and financial stability for the school while providing convenience and added features for our families.

    Families will have an option of paying annually, semi-annually, or monthly over a 10  month period. All new families will be required to enroll online with the FACTS payment plan for the school year 2017-2018.  Those families who are currently on FACTS will be automatically re-enrolled and no further action will be necessary.
    The methods of tuition payment are:

    1-Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) —through FACTS, you will authorize automatic bank withdrawals directly from your bank account (checking or savings account); or

    2-Automatic Credit Card Payments—through FACTS, you will authorize automatic payments to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover).  Credit Card payers are also responsible for a Convenience Fee paid to FACTS, which is in addition to the annual fee.  The Convenience Fee is based on the total tuition amount for the year and is disclosed to the payer prior to the completion of their agreement.  The fee is approximately 2.75% of the tuition amount to be handled through FACTS.

    Each family will have one agreement contract and one FACTS enrollment fee per year.  The enrollment fee will be automatically withdrawn from your account within 14 days of the completion of the FACTS enrollment process.  This will take place in the summer.  The annual fee to use FACTS is as follows:

    • Annual payment plan - $0 fee
    • Semi-annual plan - $10 fee
    • Monthly plan - $45 fee
    The payment due date for all methods is either the1st or 15th of the month.  The annual plan has a due date of August 2017 and the semi-annual plan has a due date of August 2017 and January 2018. The monthly plan runs from August to May.  
    In order to ensure that your payment is properly paid through the FACTS program in a timely manner, we have provided a quick, efficient and secure means of enrolling online. The process may be completed by visiting the following website address: online.factsmgt.com/signin/3DCB4 and by clicking on New Account.  Once the required information has been submitted, HCA will then finalize the FACTS agreement by submitting the tuition amount for your family.

    The online FACTS enrollment must be completed by June 15, 2017 for the 2017-2018 school year for new users only.
    Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of your bank account or credit card information. It is simply a pre-authorized bank-to-bank transfer of funds. FACTS Management Company also offers optional Peace of Mind coverage for the person paying tuition and his/her legal spouse.

    Upon enrolling for FACTS, you will be able to view and make various changes to your personal account online anytime during the course of the year.  Working with FACTS will allow us to better manage our financial matters by controlling our costs, forecasting our budget needs in coming years, and ultimately keep tuition as affordable as possible.  As always, we appreciate your willingness to partner with us in this process.

    For families wishing to apply for financial assistance this is where you begin.  Harvest Christian Academy does have a financial aid package that is managed for us through FACTS.

    Families may apply for financial aid any time between Jan- summer before school starts in the fall.  Tax documentation is required and any awards are "needs based" and range from 10-50% of tuition. Screening and award recommendation is accomplished by a third party firm and will be announced no earlier than April.

    Financial aid is awarded on an individual basis and reassessed each year as financial needs change as well as the availability of scholarship funding. Maximum potential award given is half of the annual tuition. Financial counselors are available per request. 

    Online application is required and the fee is $30.
