Lower School Movie Night

July 18, 2019 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

To help you motivate your reader, we have a fun activity planned for the summer. Each school (K-5, 6-8, 9-12), has a book they’ll be responsible for reading. All you need to know is three easy steps:

1-Read the book. Enjoy. We’ve chosen fun titles to relax and engage with. You will read the book that corresponds with your grade for 18-19 school year.

  • High School will read The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.
  • Lower School will read The BFG by Roald Dahl.
  • Middle School will read Holes by Louis Sachar.

2-Answer some questions. (Extra step for Lower School: stop by the 2nd floor office to get your BFG BIG MOVIE TICKET!)

3-Attend one of three movie nights correlated with the book they’ve read.  All movies will be shown in Cornerstone. Park in the west parking lot.

  • High School Movie Night: The Book Thief, Stayed Tuned for August Back to School Event
  • Lower School Movie Night: The BFG, Thursday, July 18
  • Middle School Movie Night: Holes, Friday, July 19

We’re so grateful to you, parents, for partnering with us. Have a great summer and we’ll see you in July!
